How can I book?
Bookings require a 25% booking fee in order to secure the date of your wedding; during busy seasons, it’s common to have multiple enquires for the same date!
Once you’re excited and ready to book me for your wedding day, I will send the relevant information to you.
What info do you need from us before the day?
A few weeks prior to the date of your wedding, you will receive a questionnaire relating to topics such as your immediate wedding party (I love to know names so I’m not pointing or ‘oi'-ing’!!), morning preparations, planned entertainment, addresses/locations, group photos and more importantly; a full itinerary!
Possible restrictions or things to be aware of are also super appreciated! The last thing I want to do is stick Uncle Bob and Aunty Jill together in a group photo if they’ve had a big fall out!
Questionnaires are the best opportunity to tell me as much as you can, no detail is too small!
What happens if you’re unable to attend for an unexpected reason?
Whilst this has never, ever happened, it is a super important question! If I am unable to attend, I will immediately contact a photographer who is a suitable replacement in terms of style and experience to capture your wedding.
I appreciate this is a worst case scenario event, and will therefore do everything in my power to ensure you and your partner have nothing to worry about.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Absolutely. I am also aware that some venues like to have a copy of this, in which I am more than happy to provide!
How will we receive the photos?
You will receive full online access to your password protected gallery whereby images can be downloaded and shared with family and friends. You will also receive a USB stick with a full copy of the gallery.
Can we share the photos online?
Absolutely! Whilst we essentially own the images, we are more than happy for photographs to be shared online for personal use.
How long will our images take to arrive?
Couples are promised a return of galleries within an 8 week timeframe.
Will we need to cover the cost of travel?
Half-day and full-day packages include the cost of travel if you’re located within the county of Worcestershire. Weddings outside of Worcestershire will require an additional cost to cover travel.
Can we pay an extra fee if we require you to stay longer?
You can indeed! If you’re interested in capturing the full party then please mention this in your enquiry form and I will provide you with a quote. From previous experience, I can confidently state that some of the best photos come from a Jägerbomb too many in the later hours of the evening…
Can we view a full gallery?
Of course! Please get in touch and I will give you viewing access to a full and recent gallery.
